  • & Customizable packages based on request and budget.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe or other designated providers.

  • Once an ad campaign has been launched, no refunds will be issued.

  • Clients are responsible for all ad spend on Meta platforms, billed separately.

  • Prepaid services for social media management and brand strategy are non-refundable but may be credited toward future projects at our discretion.

3. Cancellation and Modifications

  • Clients may pause or cancel a Meta ad campaign by submitting a written request.

  • Social media management and brand strategy services require a minimum commitment period as outlined in the service agreement.

  • Prepaid services are non-refundable but may be credited toward future campaigns or projects.

4. Limitation of Liability

Impressions The Agency is not responsible for:

  • Changes in Meta’s advertising policies affecting campaign performance.

  • Market fluctuations affecting ad reach and conversion rates.

  • Account issues, such as suspensions or restrictions imposed by Meta.

  • Results from organic social media growth, as engagement varies by industry and audience behavior.
